Powdercoated Aluminium

Sapphire is able to offer Powdercoating services with our Batchline Coating System which specialises in production runs up to 500m2 and features 2 Coating Booths making possible to coat multiple colours at once or ensure quick colour change.

All our powdercoating is applied using the latest Gema guns by hand so the process can be adapted to multple sections on a rack ensuring small runs are coated on all surfaces consistently.

We are able to offer Seven (7) Stage Chromate pre treatment which is critical for any external finish as it helps prevent corrosion from advancing under the powder by providing an a barrier to oxidisation and key for the powder to stick to when it is applied.

Sapphire can coat any aluminium object with in the following dimensions
